There's no better therapy than screaming at an audience for 35 minutes at the top of your lungs.

Really, it's very calming.

Warning: Basketcase is the ANTITHESIS of Drastic Measures. DM fans genuinely hated it, and rightly so.
It wasn't made for them. This stuff is intentionally harsh and offensive, and was made for a hardcore audience,
who expect offense and fury. If you don't like that kind of music, skip this page.

While mixing live sound in a few clubs in Toronto in the early '90s, I became heavily influenced by the
local hardcore scene. Eventually I was only working with loud noisy acts, and I had to make some noise of my own.
These are some of the best tracks we recorded. Basketcase played quite a few shows around
Toronto, to crowds much younger than me, and I have to say I never had so much fun onstage in my life.
I did vocals only - no keyboard in this band - and we plastered the room with brick-cracking sound.
I can't speak highly enough of the musicians who played in Basketcase - they were among the finest technical
players I ever worked with, and we had a really good laugh, and we made a really big noise. It was so fucking fun.

I'M SERIOUS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - DON'T COMPLAIN TO ANYBODY IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT
(just brood silently - it serves you right)

The Anunnaki are back ... and they're pissed.

Apeman (Tony Malone 1993)

One of a million there's everyone like you, we don't even bother to number you
you're one of a million
The primitive worker, you tend to my ego, you give me your daughters and I keep all the gold
you're one of a million
Bow to your master, marvel at my awesomeness, do all my bidding at expense of your soul-lessness
You're just one of amillion

Only a few little wooden people, animated but no souls in their heads
you're one of a million
Hominid breeding for fun and for profit, little clay people you're being so bad now
you're one of a million
Bow to your master, marvel at my awesomeness, do all my bidding at expense of your soulessness
you're just one of a million

apeman apeman go to work
apeman apeman do my bidding
apeman apeman sacrifice
apeman apeman blood-blood-letting
apeman apeman turn away
apeman apeman I'll wipe you out
apeman apeman go to war
apeman apeman do my killing

One of a million, there's everyone like you, we don't even bother to number you
You're one of a million
All of your bones are slipping out of your sockets, all of your flesh will turn to salt before me
You're one of a million
Bow to your master, marvel at my awesomeness, do all my bidding at expense of your soullessness
You're just one of a million

apeman apeman go to work
apeman apeman do my bidding
apeman apeman write it down
apeman apeman the almighty
apeman apeman scared of ghosts
apeman apeman blood-blood-letting
apeman apeman go to war
apeman apeman do my killing
